Important terms in plain language

These terms limit your rights or place risk on you. Please read them before you agree. The full terms are in the Subscription Agreement (v1.0.5).

• Term and cancelling (clauses 11.2, 11.4 and 24.1A). Month to month. Cancel any time by emailing legal@indawoai.co.za; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing month and there is no cancellation charge.
• Limit on our liability (clause 16). We are not liable for indirect loss or for lost profit, revenue, bookings or goodwill. Our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event (3 times that amount for a security compromise caused by our breach of confidentiality or the Operator Agreement). This does not limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything the law, including the Consumer Protection Act, does not allow us to limit.
• You cover certain claims against us (clause 17). You must cover us for claims by others, fines and reasonable legal costs that arise from the guest and other information you give us, your listings and dealings on Airbnb and other services you connect, messages you send through Indawo, and your breach of the Acceptable Use Policy or the law, except to the extent our own breach caused the claim.
• The service is provided "as is" (clause 15.2). Apart from what the agreement promises, we do not guarantee that the service will never be interrupted or free of errors, or that you will get any bookings, revenue or reviews. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act that cannot be excluded still apply, including your right to services of the quality generally expected.
