Envy Fincorp (Pty) Ltd t/a Indawo AI, reg. 2021/756475/07, 102 Churchill Street, Wendywood collects this information to open and bill your account, verify that the business exists and that you may sign for it, and set up your property. Fields marked * are required. Without them we cannot open the account. This form does not ask for passwords, ID numbers or bank/card details. Payment is by EFT: our bank details are sent with your invoice. Information is stored in South Africa. See our Privacy Notice for retention periods and your rights.

0Verify your email

Why: we confirm the main contact email before we open a draft. This email becomes the authorised signatory's email.

TEST MODE: no email is sent. The code (6 digits, 000000-style, valid 10 minutes, 5 attempts) is shown in the server log only.

Cell-number verification by SMS will follow once an SMS provider is in place.

1Plan

Pricing on request: your price is confirmed on your Order Form. Prices exclude VAT. Envy Fincorp (Pty) Ltd is not VAT registered.

2Business

Why: to identify the contracting party and issue correct tax invoices.

3Property

Why: to set up your booking pages, policies and pricing.

Minimum 5 rooms billed.
Never send OTA passwords – we will never ask for them.
4Contacts

Why: to form the contract with someone authorised to sign, and to send invoices.

The verified email from step 0.
Leave blank if same as signatory.
5Documents

Why: to verify that the business exists, its VAT registration, its address and that the signatory may sign for it.

Not accepted on this form: bank confirmation letters, ID documents (ID card, ID book or passport) and bank or card details. Please do not upload them. Payment is by EFT: our bank details are sent with your invoice.

6Acceptance
Important terms (please read): minimum term 3 months from go-live (with pro-rata repayment of a waived setup fee if you cancel early); then month to month; fees monthly in advance; price changes on notice; late interest at the prescribed rate, suspension after notice and collections administration by Stahlberg Legal & Administration (no collection fees); our liability is limited to the fees paid in the previous 12 months and excludes indirect loss; you indemnify us for your guest data and content and your compliance with OTA, WhatsApp and payment-provider rules; we are not liable for outages or rule changes at OTAs, channel managers, payment providers or Meta; AI outputs must be checked and are not legal or tax advice.
